When you purchase from OnlyCoolToys, you agree to these Terms and Conditions

When you make a purchase, fees and charges are incurred by the any business selling a product. Buyers who purchase items, then wish to return them just because they now longer want the item, cost businesses time and money, that other buyers have to pay when those costs are added to all products sold. Be sure you are informed and educated about the item and price before you register a purchase. Always email with any questions before you make a purchase.

Warranties Buyers should be aware of warranty information on products prior to purchase. After purchases, buyer should direct warranty questions to the manufacturer, using the company info provided with the products. We stand behind the warranties of products we sell, but we have to follow the manufacturer's directions for dealing with problems. Customers will get quicker results and faster replacements by contacting manufacturers directly. In some circumstances, defective products can be exchanged through us for working products or store credit of 100% of item purchase price.

Returns/Refunds Buyers should be fully knowledgable of items they buy before purchase. Ask questions of any items being considered for purchase. Authorized returns will be elgible for refund of 80% of purchase price, not including shipping & handling fees. Return shipping at buyer's expense. Items must be returned in NEW condition to qualify for refund. Please email with questions/problems before returning any products.

Shipping & handling are not just cost of postage. Look at the complete, overall price of all items you buy, and the order you are making. We charge one handling fee on each order, then as near to actual postage and shipping costs as we can. If we built our handling charge in to our products, you would have to pay it on EACH item you purchase, not just one time per order, because many buyers only purchase on item. If you don't feel we are charging an reasonable total overall price, keep shopping . . . you may find better overall deals elsewhere, but we don't think there are many!

International purchases have additional fees and costs. We are happily sell internationally, but have to charge more because those sales just cost us more. If you feel our international S&H is unreasonable, check around and you may be able to do better. We try to be as reasonable as possible, but can't sell at the same price as domestic sales.

It is very likely, if you use one of these services, you will not get our shipping notifications, or any questions we make to your regarding your order. FLOATING T&C CHECKBOX!!

We offer a HUGE apology

to our buyers who experience frustration finding our Terms and Conditions checkbox. We have begged, whined, growled and more at the company that writes our cart software to fix this, and they can't get it done. So if you get to the checkout page where it asks you to verify that you agree with our T&Cs, there is a checkbox you have to click. Sometimes it is right next to that sentence, sometimes it is a "Where's Waldo" event, and you have to look around the page to find it and check it. Again, we really apologize for this. We are looking for other cart software options, since this provider can not seem to solve this issue. Thank you for bearing with us as we work to solve this issue.
